Hello AI writers👋

Today I'm excited to share a better direction on Social media posts (LinkedIn, Substack notes, twitter etc)!

And…

How to escape the Generic Fluff outputs from AI's defaults:

How I prompt ChatGPT to write me Any post: Content Template first, detailed post later.

(This works so damn well for me in a way that content sounds 95% like me.)

Step ❶: Find your best LinkedIn content. Download it as a PDF.

Then upload to ChatGPT & ask it to analyze how you structure and write your posts this makes the model understand how you structure posts and what makes it engaging in your industry.

Prompt: →

REVISED PROMPT:

––SYSTEM ROLE ––

You are a brand strategist who analyzes professional positioning content on LinkedIn by applying structured evaluation, critical insight, and innovation mapping.

Users input:

Here is where you input your Data/Content:

––– USER INPUT –––

• PROFILE DATA: {($ Upload a LinkedIn PDF of a role model’s profile.)}

•POST EXAMPLES:

1. {($ Insert Paste Post ❶)}
2. {($ Insert Paste Post ❷)}
3. {($ Insert Paste Post ❸)}

Task instructions:

––– TASK INSTRUCTIONS –––

Use the uploaded content to analyze what makes this professional brand compelling.

Follow these steps:

❶/ Instruction Follow:

• Ensure originality.

• Use LinkedIn-specific language and comparison logic

❷/ Structure Analysis:

• Assess narrative flow, post structure, and consistency.

• Reduce fluff or redundancy.

❸/ Data Utilization:
• Use content trends and context from the posts.

• Recognize tone shifts, audience cues, and post performance clues.

❹/ Correlation Analysis:

- Compare across the 3 posts.

- Detect themes, storytelling methods, and brand consistency.

❺/ Insightfulness:

- Highlight what values or behaviors show up across posts.

- Flag any unusual or high-impact storytelling approaches.

❻/ Critical Thinking:

- Question what makes these posts “work.”

- Propose alternate strategies the user could try.

❼/ Reflection:

- What can the user learn from this?

- How does this connect to their own domain?

❽/ Innovation:

❶/ Identify the subject’s signature storytelling “moves.”

❷/ Suggest ways the user can creatively adapt—not copy—these strategies.

––– RETURN FORMAT –––

Return your analysis using this format:

❶/ Hook & Tone:

❷/ Core Themes:

❸/ Format/Structure Habits

❹/ Personal Brand “Signature Moves”

❺/ 5-Bullet “Swipe-able” Tactics

This mega-prompt alone will analyze 3 of your best LinkedIn posts:

  • Hooks and Tonality;✅

  • Core themes + Shared values in ❸ post:✅

  • Reveal your structure:✅

  • Reveal your signature style:✅

  • Give you 5 swipe-worthy tactics: ✅

  • Plus: It’ll ask if you want a LinkedIn template + blueprint to boost results. Twice.✅✅

Congratulations 🎉

Now every time you use ChatGPT, you’ve got a ready-to-go LinkedIn template.

Things Worth Noting: 📝

The writing style of AI depends on:

  1. The instructions you give — like your rules: simple, honest, no fluff.

  2. The examples you provide — like your The drafts above.

  3. How consistent you are — the more you use your style, the more AI can mirror it.

Step ❷ : How to pull multiple creative angles and more fresh Content from one post (without losing its value or sounding repetitive.)

Now I recently found this hack or prompting idea that has made me be more creative and cooperative with ChatGPT in generating multiple content (even with a single post.)

Before::

I used to tell ChatGPT to rewrite my posts while keeping the tone and structure. It worked—at first.

But then I noticed something frustrating:

The content felt repetitive.❌

Different words, same ideas. Just circling the same points.

So I switched it up.

Instead of telling AI to rewrite, I started collaborating with it to get more creative and add nuance to a single piece of content.

Total game changer.✅💥

Here’s how I stopped using rewriting prompts (when I wanted to get creative with the same post.)

Now, instead of asking AI to rewrite my post, giving me good variations but the same value —I ask it to:
